The diamond drill shank “E” without mounting has been specially developed for self-installation into suitable holders or collets and offers maximum flexibility for individual drilling systems and customer-specific applications.
The diamond core drill bits are manufactured using a high-quality electroplated production process. The drill crown is 100% negatively diamond-impregnated rather than merely positively surface-coated. This process ensures significantly improved quality, higher wear resistance, and a substantially extended service life compared to conventional diamond drills.
Additionally, the drills are ground between centers, achieving high concentric accuracy while reducing tool wear. The result is precise drilling performance combined with high process reliability.

When drilling without an ejector system and internal cooling, the drill may become clogged, which in the worst case can lead to tool breakage. We therefore strongly recommend using a suitable drilling system with ejector and internal cooling.
